Project Spotlight: Zeppelin Station, Denver, Colorado
April 12th, 2017
As the RiNo Art District in Denver, Colorado continues to transform from a once-dilapidated area into a creative hub, people are flocking to the community to live, work and play. To meet the area’s new demands, businesses, including Zeppelin Development, are developing spaces that mirror the district’s artistic culture. Zeppelin Development has been involved with innovative projects throughout Denver’s urban neighborhoods for years.
Zeppelin Development is creating Zeppelin Station in RiNo, across from the city’s popular light rail. The 100,000-square-foot building will host various commercial offices, as well as a culinary hall and retail spaces. Adapting to the community, the building will also feature indoor and outdoor open spaces, high ceilings and natural lighting.
To finance this project, the Zeppelin family, long-time friends of Colorado Market President, Matt Cassell, partnered with Bank SNB and another local bank. Bank SNB commercial banker Jeff Jones secured a real estate construction loan for the project, which is scheduled for completion in October 2017.
