Project Spotlight: Evans Enterprises, Norman, Oklahoma
Evans Enterprises, Inc. sells and services all types and sizes of electric motors and generators, controls and related driven equipment. Evans has been a family-owned business since 1954 – now with 10 locations across Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri. Since 2007, Bank SNB proudly has been meeting a wide range of financial needs for the company – from commercial loans, deposits and treasury management products to personal accounts and mortgages for several of its managers. But Evans’ relationship with banking officer Debbie Pippin spans two decades. A desire for consistency and confidence in Debbie motivated them to move their business when Debbie came to work for Bank SNB eight years ago.
Most recently, Bank SNB has provided financing for Evans’ new primary corporate facility, which broke ground last month. The company will relocate from its headquarters in Oklahoma City to the new 86,890-square-foot facility in Norman. The new location will house three buildings – one for sales, a second for large motors and a third for Evans’ administrative offices. In addition, Bank SNB is helping Evans continue its growth with the addition of a new warehouse in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a 30,000-square-foot expansion to its facility in Waco, Texas.
