Eligibility

All SNB VISA Business CheckCards are eligible for UChoose:

• UChoose is free to all business CheckCard holders.
• UChoose is free for all personal SNB VISA CheckCard holders that pay the monthly $1.25 convenience fee.

How to Register and Start Earning Points

1. Go to www.uchooserewards.com.
2. Complete the online rewards registration form.

Redemption of Points

1. Call SNB's Customer Service at 1.888.762.4762 to setup redemption authorization for your business CheckCard UChoose Rewards program or complete the Redemption Authorization Form and bring to your nearest SNB Branch or mail to:

2. After your redemption authorization is complete and on file (typically within 48 business day hours of receipt of your form or phone call) you may login to www.uchooserewards.com to begin your redemption of points process.
