The Business Consulting Group (BCG) is a subsidiary of Southwest Bancorp, Inc. and provides strategic planning, process analysis and assessment, as well as ongoing implementation assistance to businesses in a number of industries.

BCG consulting projects normally fall into one of four primary process categories:

Corporate or back office support processes
