If I add a new account to my online banking do I also need to add it in eStatements?

Yes, after you add the new account to the Bank SNB DirectBanker online banking service, you will need to click on the eStatement tab to also enroll the new account in eStatement banking.

Can I cancel my eStatements and go back to paper statements?

Yes, you can cancel the eStatement service by clicking the Cancel button. Be aware this cancels the service for only the account you have selected. If you have an Online Direct Checking account and withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form, you will be charged the then current monthly fee for receiving paper Communications as described in the truth in savings and schedule of fees and charges for Online Direct Checking.

Can I have both paper and eStatements?

Yes, if you have multiple accounts and want one account number to be sent paper and anotehr account number to be eStatement.

If you have a single account, you must choose either a paper statement or an eStatement.

How much eStatement history will I have?

You will have up to 18 months of statement history with eStatements.

What happens if my email address is wrong or bounces back?

If you provide us an invalid email address or if a previously valid email address subsequently malfunctions, then we may, at our option, treat this as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address via online banking by going to the Other Services, then Change of Address section. Or, you may contact us at 1-888-762-4762.

Can more than one person who has access to an account in online banking receive eStatements?

Yes, each person who has access to an account in online banking can receive eStatements for that account simply by enrolling.

I am no longer receiving a paper statement, what happened?

Another authorized person who has access to this same account via online banking has enrolled in eStatements. Once any person who has access to an account chooses eStatements for that account no paper statement will be mailed. Therefore, to view eStatements, each person who has access to an account via online banking will need to enroll in eStatements.

What software do I need to use eStatements?

  • In order to access, view and retain electronic communications that we make available to you, you must have:
  • A personal computer with reasonable performance and display capabilities is required to render statements and spool statements to the printer in a timely fashion. We recommend a 1GHz or better processor with at least 128 MB of RAM and a screen resolution of 1024x768 or greater.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above or Mozilla Firefox 3 and above.
  • Windows XP with a service pack 2 or Windows Vista. 
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free) is required to view and/or print PDF documents downloaded from this application.
  • Adobe Flash Player version 8.0 or greater is required to view and/or print documents in the dynamic statement renderer.
  • An email account with an Internet service provider and email software in order to receive notices of electronic documents available.
  • High speed Internet connection; DSL equivalent or better connection is required for optimal performance.
  • A printer or sufficient storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive or other data storage unit.

Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe flash are free and available for download during the enrollment process or by going to www.adobe.com.

Can I download and save my eStatement?

Yes, you can download and save your eStatement to an Adobe PDF document by doing a "Save As" when viewing your statement.

Can I print my eStatement?

Yes, when viewing your eStatement, click the printer icon from your PDF viewing software.

Can I print a single check image?

Yes, via DIrectBanker that contains a 90-day history.

Why don't I have any documents to view under the Statements tab?

Most likely, this is a new account and it has not yet had a statement prepared for it. If this is not a new account and should have a statement history, please contact us at 1.888.762.4762.

I get an APPLICATION ERROR session timeout message. What does that mean?

This is a security feature that will cause your eStatement session to expire if you have been idle on the screens for more than 20 minutes. You can simply click the History button in online banking and then click on eStatements again to renew your session.

What does it mean when I get a message stating "There are currently no statements available for your account."?

Most likely this is a new account and it has not yet had a statement prepared for it. If this is not a new account and should have statement history, please contact us at 1-888-762-4762.

I get a "Your Session Has Expired" message, what does this mean?

This is a security feature that will cause your eStatement session to expire if you have been idle on the screens for more than 20 minutes. You can simply click the History button in online banking and then click on eStatements again to renew your session.

Is it secure to receive my statement this way?

Yes, it is more secure than receiving a paper statement in the mail. You have less risk of unauthorized people accessing or viewing your statement. eStatements are viewed from within the online banking application via a secure, encrypted channel (https).

Do I have to be enrolled in Online Banking to have eStatements?

Yes. You must have enrolled in online banking,Bank SNB DirectBanker, and have a valid login, password and e-mail address to enroll in and view eStatements.

DoesBank SNB use the push or pull method for eStatements?

Bank SNB strives to offer our customers the highest security when dealing with electronic account information. We have chosen to offer your eStatements as the pull method. You are notified byBank SNB that your eStatements are ready and then you go login and "pull" your statement down.

How will I be notified when my eStatement is ready?

You will receive an email stating your account statement, eNotice or any other eCommunication you receive is ready. The email address it will be coming from is:

At Stillwater National Bank:

I changed my online banking login ID, will I still get eStatements?

You will need to re-enroll in eStatements with your new login ID.

If I happen to overdraft my checking account, will my insufficient notice come via eStatements / eNotices?

Yes, you will receive your notices through your eStatements, as long as you are enrolled.

I am a commercial customer and pay to get my statement and check images on CD Rom. If I enroll in eStatements will I still get my CD Rom?

Yes, you will still receive your CD Rom unless you notify us that you wish to cancel that service.

I am a Free Checking customer and currently don't get check images back with my paper statement. If I enroll in eStatements will I get my check images electronically?

Unfortunately, no. You will receive your eStatements in exactly the same style you get your current paper statement. There are other products where check images are delivered as part of your checking account package. Please call anBank SNB associate at 1-888-762-4762 and they can help you find the right checking account with check images.

I can view my eStatements, search for checks, search by text, etc but cannot open any of the tabs such as FAQs, Disclosure, Cancel. Why not?

It could be two reasons. First, you must turn off your popup blocker or allow popups for this site. Second, you must have Internet Explorer 6 sp2 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher for the tab links to work. Internet Explorer 6 sp2 requires Windows XP or higher operating system. Or, if you have Windows 2000 you can load Firefox 2 or higher.
