After I sign up for Bill Pay what happens?

Can I use online banking with MS Money® or Quicken®?

Yes, your history can be exported to personal software such as MS Money® and Quicken®.

Do I have 24/7 access to my accounts?

Yes, our webiste is available 24/7 for your convenience.

How do I access Online Banking?

After we have reviewed and approved your application for Online Banking, you simply click on the Bank SNB Direct Banker® icon on the bank's home page, located at www.banksnb.com and enter your login I.D. and password.

How do I know that online banking is secure?

Our online services lead the industry with advanced security measures: 1) Secure log-in and user authentication, 2) Industry-standard SSL encryption to protect confidential information in transit; 3) Secure firewalls to prevent compromise from the Internet; 4) Advanced security configuration of Internet servers to provide local as well as remote protection from break-in attempts.

How do I reset my DirectBanker™ password?
   

If you know your password and it has not expired, simply check the box by “Do you want to change your password?” when you login.  You will be prompted to change your password.

If you have forgotten your password, or it has expired, you will need to contact us at 1.888.762.4762, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, or Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  An Bank SNB customer service representative will be glad to help you.   You will be asked a few security questions.  A new login and password will be emailed to you.

How frequently is account information updated?

Daily.

How long has Bank SNB had online banking?

Since 1998 for personal customers and since 1994 for commercial customers.

What accounts will be available or enabled?

You will have access to all your deposit and loan accounts. You will need to verify that all appropriate accounts are viewable when you log in to bank online. Account availability can vary between financial institutions.

What will I need to get started?

Most Internet-enabled devices such as a computer can interface with the Internet Banking Solution. A home computer which runs on Windows® 95, 98 or Windows NT operating system, with a minimum modem baud speed of 14.4 is sufficient. You will also need a Web browser, such as Netscape 4.72 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher, or AOL 5.0 for Windows® 95.

Why are the transaction descriptions in my account history so vague?

Transaction descriptions are controlled by the merchant you used. Bank SNB can only provide you with the information the merchant has chosen to send to Bank SNB.

Why can't I see more than 90-days account history?

For your convenience, in addition to the 90-days running history, we provide one year’s worth of prior statements to view at your convenience in text format.

Why does my online banking access expire?

For your account protection, your access expires if you haven’t logged on at least once in 60 days.
